Good for online businesses to be able to track incoming payments in various currencies. These payments can be in small or large amounts and they can be recurring to easily create invoices for customers

• Launch support was lacking. They did help with initial setup but after that, it was tough to get questions addressed.
• Reporting is robust but complicated.
• Having support staff on both coasts.

Good support! We haven't had any issues so far that have been terribly bad. Only recommendation is to have support in North America as well.

Merchant e solutions has a truly awful admin website and is clunky to use. There are almost no options for customization. Bluesnap allows configuration to fit our needs and a much better customer service experience.

The service with Exactly has been great, as well as the easy to understand UI. We haven't had many issues with Exactly on our team! The best thing about Exactly is that we can set up recurring payments in various currencies
