Bunchball Nitro vs. GetBadges

Well suited for devs that are very amateur level and an Enterprise that doesn't have the budget for a lot of custom software. This tool makes that way easier of a process and cost.

It’s helpful in engaging employees with their performance management and it boosts performance with gamification. This helps in production productivity as employees try to get more badges by competing with each other

Best designed for medium to large companies with IT development teams using tools in the cloud, it provides gamification tools to boost performance at work.

I think Bunchball just has a cleaner interface which makes it more appealing to the end user and has a great team supporting the product that does a great job in advocating and demoing the product

GetBadges provides most features such as goal management, negative feedback management, and performance management with good gamification features.

• Positive return on investment as I feel like it has really helped me get a better view of my sales performance.
• The reporting is very clean and easy to read.
• The wide variety of gamification is great to give you control over all activities.
