GetBadges is used within the Development team in the IT department. It’s engaging employees with good performance and feedback. It motivates employees to boost fun and productivity with the gamification feature. We used this in our companies so developers and testers could boost their performance and productivity to get more badges. Badges have some benefits for employees so they were quite excited to get the badges.
