It is used to gamify our sales team and give us more insight into our sales results.
- It enables the end-user to develop, manage and optimize game mechanics.
- Salesforce and other integrations make it really easy and convenient to add to your technology stack.
- The software supports notifications, social shares and leaderboards and users have complete control over all activities that are created while using a number of game templates.
- I have noticed that it is a software that is constantly lagging.
- The UI could be a little more aesthetically pleasing.
- I have to redo the social shares because the connectivity isn't fully there.
- Positive return on investment as I feel like it has really helped me get a better view of my sales performance.
- The reporting is very clean and easy to read.
- The wide variety of gamification is great to give you control over all activities.
