Overall Satisfaction with Bunchball Nitro for Salesforce
It helps with integration and API communication. It's great for enterprises who don't want to spend time/money on custom dev.
Pros

- Customization of software offerings.
- Cost-effective software development tool.
Cons
- Limited in capacity.
- Pricing.
- Support.
- Brand awareness is hard to put an ROI on.
- ROI was the reason we stopped using it.
- Price becomes more than worth, for us at least.
SalesScreen has way fewer capacities, but it is cheaper. We also appreciated the support at SalesScreen and we almost switched back to it.
