Pros

  • It enables the end-user to develop, manage and optimize game mechanics.
  • Salesforce and other integrations make it really easy and convenient to add to your technology stack.
  • The software supports notifications, social shares and leaderboards and users have complete control over all activities that are created while using a number of game templates.

Cons

  • I have noticed that it is a software that is constantly lagging.
  • The UI could be a little more aesthetically pleasing.
  • I have to redo the social shares because the connectivity isn't fully there.

  • Positive return on investment as I feel like it has really helped me get a better view of my sales performance.
  • The reporting is very clean and easy to read.
  • The wide variety of gamification is great to give you control over all activities.
