BYJU'S Learning vs. WorkRamp

1. While it provides an exhaustive list of courses for every field, the cost associated with it is very high. It is difficult to justify the ROI of using the software.
2. Last moment mock test and previous years question paper are much helpful and becomes the deal breaker
3. The tool is made to be super interactive, so the sessions does not get tiring

WorkRamp is well suited for Employee Onboarding, Continuous Training, and Ad Hoc training assignments. We specifically use it to roll out training on new products that roll out so that we don't tie up hours of people's time to meet in person and roll it out in a live setting

• The major drawback is the expense of the platform. Should be made more cost effective
• Post exam analytics can be made better
• Faculty feedback mechanism can be improved

WorkRamp has allowed us to keep employees up to date on the most recent trainings so that the entire workforce is working on the same information. It has also allowed us to roll out that training on an ad hoc basis vs gathering everyone together for live training, which can be delayed with calendar conflicts

I selected Byju's for my civil services preparation because it is affordable and gives me good vibes for preparation.

WorkRamp has better user experience and user interface.

• The cost per session gets too high, does not justify the ROI
• Provides last minute much needed help with their mock test series
• Majority of the teachers are knowledgable and teaches really really well
