Overall Satisfaction with WorkRamp

We use WorkRamp to onboard new employees, train sales reps on sales plays, and use the platform for continued education.

  • Great UX/UI for both users and admin.
  • Salesforce integration.

Cons

  • Reporting.
  • Automation.
  • Access to learning based on user groups.
  • Great customer service.
  • Consistent improvement in product and roadmap.
  • Quizzing and certification.
  • Decreased time to ramp.
  • Time saved - Access to learning without needing to go to PMMs or other knowledge experts.

WorkRamp is great for any team that requires any sort of training - whether that's in onboarding or continued education. It's also especially helpful for teams that don't have an instructional designer or don't have a lot of time to spend on building courses. WorkRamp makes it easy!
