Cardknox vs. PhonePe

We use Cardknox differently than I imagine most people would. For example, we do not use their client database feature, as we have all that stored in our medical system. Another type of business would likely find that feature a big help. We are very pleased with Cardknox's service and support, which is not often required.

Primary benefit is hassle-free payment to the merchant. You can purchase both online and offline without using cash to make the payment. Simply scan the QR code using the Phonepe app on your smartphone to make a payment into the merchant's account. And as said, its rewarding, you surely get a scratch card on every transaction that may either offer you cashback or a discount code for some vendor site shopping.

• Every product can be improved, but as it relates to how we use Cardknox, they do everything we need.

• Like GPay, you dont have the option for secure login using PIN or password.
• Sometimes your transaction gets stuck in between for long duration, so that's a technical bug with this app.
• if you are booking your travel tickets with PhonePe and in case you cancelled it. Then you wont get any refunds for that.

Cardknox is very user friendly. Patients young and old, tech savvy to technologically challenged, have all been able to use it!

We have direct access to their support team. They have 24/7 support and are always able to help when we contact them

We have used other card processors, but in my opinion, Cardknox is in another league. Their product works; it is easy to install; it is constantly being improved, and they have great support.

In case of payment failed we check the payment on the our app its showing on our app then it will definitely come other wise it will be refund to the customer, Its a unique feature. None of the other app has this feature. Its very simple to use as compare to the other compititive apps.

• Patients are much more secure giving us their credit card information since we have switched to using Cardknox. They even have the option of entering it themselves to reduce any risk of the number being overheard to zero.
• It is much faster and smoother to find and charge a card when necessary.

• PhonePe instantly fetches the complete bank information based on your verified number.
• You can even buy gold and invest in mutual funds via same app.
• There are lots of fake accounts on PhonePe so the company should allow legitimate account users only.
