CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking vs. Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform

Great for a small company that doesn't have a lot of resources. Allows manager and HR to be on the same location to review resumes and assess them. Alerts can be sent to managers all in the system. I really like the product so don't know where it would be less appropriated if you really needed a ATS

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset

• Search tool has limits. You can key word search, and that is about it.
• When reading a resume for one job respondent in a requisition, I would like to stay in that same viewing mode when jumping to the next candidate with less clicks!

• The training could be significantly expanded
• Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
• The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

[Loxo Recruitment Platform is] intuitive to learn and use[.] It would be better if you save searches, had mobile functionality, and had an easier to search the candidates with a NOT feature (not having specific attributes or an empty field)[.]

Didn't always get good resumes from Monster. CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking allowed us to get resumes and track all in one place which was very helpful for the project we were working on at the time. Resumes were good as well as system itself. The managers all like it as well which is a big help when you want their buy in to a product to use.

Loxo was more of a multifaceted product that lends itself to multi client serach agency work

• we've seen stong ROI on certain candidate campaigns
• Strong on technically focussed searches where technologies and languages matter
• our passive candidates have more than doubled
