Overall Satisfaction with Luceo
This was being used for a local client, who has about 220 employees. The hiring managers are trying to use it, but it's mostly used by the HR manager and the recruiter.
- It provided real time data, with readable reports.
- It makes posting jobs easier, post in the system, and it blasts to job boards.
- The metrics available to time to fill, etc., are user friendly, and creating reports is simple.
- Search tool has limits. You can key word search, and that is about it.
- When reading a resume for one job respondent in a requisition, I would like to stay in that same viewing mode when jumping to the next candidate with less clicks!
Taleo, and ZipRecruiter. It has very similar features to ZipRecruiter but it is much more readable, and has actual reports to use. Taleo is too big.
