CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking vs. WorkforceHub by SwipeClock

Great for a small company that doesn't have a lot of resources. Allows manager and HR to be on the same location to review resumes and assess them. Alerts can be sent to managers all in the system. I really like the product so don't know where it would be less appropriated if you really needed a ATS

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

• Search tool has limits. You can key word search, and that is about it.
• When reading a resume for one job respondent in a requisition, I would like to stay in that same viewing mode when jumping to the next candidate with less clicks!

Didn't always get good resumes from Monster. CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking allowed us to get resumes and track all in one place which was very helpful for the project we were working on at the time. Resumes were good as well as system itself. The managers all like it as well which is a big help when you want their buy in to a product to use.
