CareerPlug vs. WebHR

If you're looking to hire but don't want to have it be an all consuming portion of your job, CareerPlug is great! The automation behind it has been so helpful to us

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Posting jobs to multiple job boards
• Sending candidate communications through the interviewing/hiring process
• Saving and managing job templates
• Customizing the interview/hiring process
• Providing reporting and data

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• CareerPlug should have a training manual.
• There should be an easier way to add leaves and incentives
• Interface should be more precise.

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

CareerPlug is cost efficient as compared to the other HR software. its easy to use and it can handle a lot more then other referred software.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• Reduced monthly recruiting cost by 75%

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
