If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

As mentioned earlier, one of our top priorities at Swarovski is to empower our employees and support their personal growth. We wanted to make sure that the content our employees receive in their personal news feeds resonates with their expertise and interest. Smarp is a cheaper and easier solution to implement than Sociabble. Sociabble provides a more robust and customizable platform that can be more tailored to your team but can be significantly harder for teams to adopt. Since one of the primary reasons we utilize Smarp is to make social sharing easy for users who would otherwise not do so, ease of adoption is a critical differentiator in Smarp’s favor. However, there are certainly use cases where a more robust platform like Sociabble would make more sense for a company.

  • We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
  • We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
  • We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
