CareerSiteBuilder vs. KloudLearn

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

KloudLearn helps make the joining training easy to distribute. When I joined my current organization - I was given an array of courses and I could get through them because they were very engaging. The integration process can be troublesome - you have to wait for support team to resolve it.

• The possibility of separating the modules of each company training.
• Audio and video recording.
• Management of student assessment and grades.

• There are some missing functionalities that could be addressed such as fusing resume search and recruitment edge.

• The support team is quite responsive and if we run into any trouble - integration or otherwise, it gets resolved quickly.
• The courses have to be more engaging - the feature of gamification is not utilized to its fullest potential.

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

• The process of introducing an employee into the company is extremely important and introduces the need for a good training tool, and in this Kloud exceeds expectations.
