It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Fantastic team that is responsive and open to suggestion, which, as a customer, it is important to know you have dedicated resources on your side. You're not just putting requests into an abyss. You have real people that respond and will provide answers and training as needed. Interview scheduling is extremely useful and puts the onus on the candidate to sign up for their preferred times. This is critical in campus recruiting when there are short timeframes and a large number of candidates coming in for super days. NetHire offers some unique features, Oleeo is the best available in the market. Unlike other talent acquisition software, Oleeo doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The ATS is fully customisable to fit unique recruitment processes. it uses AI to reduce gender bias in the job postings and admin tasks are greatly reduced here. User-friendly UI and navigation is another add-on to Oleeo's already rich featured list.

We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions. We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI. This has allowed us to streamline our process and provide a seamless process for the candidate when they apply through our website, sign up for events, apply for jobs, and sign up for interviews.
