CareerSiteBuilder vs. Saleo

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

Well suited as a post demo or high level demo resource. I believe initial demos live should use your normal platform but any follow up material would be great with Saleo.

• Industry Templates that can be easily shared and used by sales
• Creation of custom demo's by Sales Engineers in minutes
• Reducing prep time for demos. Click on a template and go.

• There are some missing functionalities that could be addressed such as fusing resume search and recruitment edge.

It is good... not super intuitive, sort of slow to build, and takes a minute to capture the screen and ensure. Everything loads correctly. And adding in additional screen captures is a manual/annoying process.

Saleo is way easier to use and allows you to be more guided. Figma was more complicated and feels like it lacks a lot of functionality or usability. I don't need to train someone on how to use a Saleo click through demo like I feel I would need to do with Figma

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

• We've reduced prep time for demo's by hours per demo
• Our commercial sales (velocity business) now demo's on their own with no help from SolCon
• For large enterprise deals, we create a custom demo every time now. That was not possible before Saleo
