CareerSiteBuilder vs. TOTVS Educacional

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

The TOTVS ERP is very well suited for online courses that require frequent contact and discussion among participants. On the other hand, the array of customizable features on the platform seems quite vast, which can make taking full advantage of the different features somewhat difficult if a business does not have a clear idea of what they're looking for.

• Attractive interface.
• Wide range of customization tools.
• No down time or crashes.
• Encourages interaction among students and instructors.
• Seamless payment processing and grading system.
• User-friendly consulting platform.

• There are some missing functionalities that could be addressed such as fusing resume search and recruitment edge.

• System sign-out after a few minutes of user being idle.
• Automated HelpDesk questions are very simple.
• Video load times were delayed at times.

The system itself was very easy to navigate as a user, but sometimes load times would be higher than expected

Basic HelpDesk questions, but few problems or questions arose.

Affordable, quick, easy, super user friendly, well known, offers a large variety of job seekers[.]

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

• Workflows were easy to manage.
• Very few user complaints.
