Overall Satisfaction with TOTVS Educacional

The TOTVS Educacional ERP was used across the whole organization and helped to facilitate course management. Course work was well-organized and easily accessible, with grading and payments being processed quickly and automatically. It also provided a user-friendly platform for answering user and client queries on consulting assignments. Interaction among students and instructors, usually a common problem in the education space, was very easy and straightforward, with students being encouraged via reminders to ask as many questions as they felt they needed to.

The TOTVS ERP is very well suited for online courses that require frequent contact and discussion among participants. On the other hand, the array of customizable features on the platform seems quite vast, which can make taking full advantage of the different features somewhat difficult if a business does not have a clear idea of what they're looking for.
