Celayix vs. Skedulo

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

Skedulo fits our needs for scheduling and uploading documentation for our medical research studies. Our phlebotomists are able to accept and decline jobs based on their availability and are able to give a decline reason. This is invaluable to us as time is important, and getting these appointments scheduled is imperative.

• The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
• Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
• The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

• The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

• Occasionally it will not locate an available consultant because they put their block in on top of a previous appointment -- overlapping causes issues
• Fix it so the human errors of us inputting blocks is not so "perfect"

We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

Celayix is a flexible and powerful employee scheduling tool with a secure online cloud used to create and edit schedules. It is the very best automated scheduling solution that allows us to manage the workforce digitally and it is a great resource for any organization.

We actually use Skedulo as our only dispatching appointment program. Salesforce is not like Skedulo, but we use them together daily to ensure on-time specimen draws, delivery, and payout for all visits completed. Skedulo is very easy to interface with other programs.

• We needed to automate much of the shift allocations and this solution did it.
• The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that.
