- Patient portal allows us to send results directly to the patient, which is a must-have for laboratories going forward.
- Support is very responsive and helpful. You will always hear back from them in a timely fashion, often with a solution in hand.
- Very configurable. The system is well-designed, and most changes that need to be made can be done by the end-user.
- Product lifecycle is quick. We can request a complex feature update and have it be turned around in a matter of weeks.

The support structure is also different in that the support for portals is separated out from the main support for the software. That was not a great experience
