Chat Breezes vs. Coosto

When someone needs to manage different social media accounts, I think Chat Breezes can be a good tool. It can help users to keep track of everything that goes on in social media and respond to customers quickly and efficiently. With this software, users will never miss a message again.

Coosto is an excellent all platform social media management tool, in which you can do (almost) everything.

• The dashboard is only useable in full screen, not in compartments
• Rather expensive

It is user friendly.

The support people can help me to slove my problems very quickly

Coosto is more powerful than the version of Hootsuite we used.

• Positive impact on communications strategies.
• Negative impact as product is often used for collecting metrics. Most of Coosto's metrics shouldn't be used for strategic or design decisions.
