Planergy
Planergy is a great tool for those who make purchasing decisions and need to actually purchase parts, supplies, tools, etc from vendors. I typically use it daily, and sometimes multiple times per day. I find that I sometimes have to bypass it if I need to make an immediate purchase and do not have the time to wait for P.O. approvals, but that is not the fault of this software.

"Support" takes way too long and they never seem to be able to fix the issues. Personally, I think the support departments name should be changed to "State Your Issues and We Will Take Our Sweet Time Getting Back To You and We Will Never Truly Fix Your Issues"
