For small industries, it can prove to be a better solution as Cherwell offers comparatively affordable costs for small organizations. But for larger companies, there are many other solutions available in the market that are less complex and offer a variety of additional features. Well suited if a service desk is needed and you need to manage IT admins. It helps to sell IT services and deliver them to the clients more efficiently.

Very easy to use. GUI is self explanatory. We normally do not have to tech new users on how to use the system, they can simply start working because e of the simplicity.

Cherwell support has been excellent! Always available to take our emails and calls and get back to us quickly.

The support is superb - fast and ready to help. The team is really motivated to help not just to close the ticket. It is one of the best IT related support experience s ever.

Cherwell Asset Management is a quite known and affordable solution for Asset management for organizations where there are more than 800-1000 users as it provides a complete integrated solution. There are many additional features that are available in Cherwell which is not available in other solution, like tracking of cost, management of procurement, etc.

Motadata has a way better support from vendor and local partners. And Motadata is a one comprehensive absolutions not a bunch of modules connected together.
