Chezuba vs. Workleap

When work becomes too monotonous or in case someone is looking to divert from their regular work, taking up a project where one can volunteer with a skill they haven’t used in a while can be just the thing they need to take a break and approach their work with a new perspective. This is very refreshing indeed

I think Officevibe is great for any office where management truly cares about how happy their employees are and is interested in making their company a great place to work. It's a quick and easy way for staff to give you honest thoughts and opinions that you can act on to make improvements

• They personalize volunteering experiences based on employee's skills and interests. I literally could volunteer when I want and in the way I want, making the whole Corporate volunteering program more participating
• Their customer support is top notch too

• Their presence in Australia is relatively less compared to other regions
• We hope this can integrate with more HRMS tools in the future
• Grants module is still in nascent stages

Great product and amazing customer service - we not just get the job done but they excel at what they do - no need for us to change at all

They built it keeping all users including non tech savvy guys in mind, no complains at all. Besides, their product is very customizable so makes our job even easier

Officevibe's user interface for end users is straightforward and well-designed; it looks nice and intuitive. We did have confusion about the brand, with some new employees thinking they were spam emails. Also, the manager's view and getting access to the right visibility can be confusing unless well administrated internally.

They respond within a few hours and resolve any issues within 24 hours, they are super sweet!

it was really smooth, no comments

• Very customer-obsessed: Their team just wants you to succeed, love them!
• Reasonable pricing: They ensured that we didn't have to break our bank to implement this, some of the competitors are extremely expensive
• High quality product: After evaluating a few products for several months, I can say with conviction that Chezuba is the best product in the space

The only good and bad thing about Officevibe is that it's laser-focussed. It only does employee engagement. If you want a do-it-all tool, there are many alternatives. But if you want to nail employee engagement on the head and go deep, I highly recommend Officevibe.

• A chance to use my skills and expertise for the good of the community.
• Ability to engage our global workforce in volunteering, which previously felt impossible

• We were able to keep our finger on the pulse and preempt some issues before they became issues, allowing us to maintain the culture we hoped to have.
