Chime Online Banking vs. Thryv

It is very helpful for me. It is reliable and simple to use. The Sign-up process of Chime Online Banking was simple and I was able to easily set up a direct deposit and link my bank account. It keeps me updated on every purchase I do from my account. The best thing is that it's free and has no hidden charges or paycheck fees. It has a special feature called SpotMe where they will cover your overdraft in a very neat way.

What I have found to be the most critical for my business as a customer of Thryv is the ability to provide an invoice and accept payment with direct linking to my bank account. This has had a dramatic positive impact on my cash flow.

• Offer an automated rewards program for my customer based on their spending and their referrals.
• Since I use Shopify and they host me it would be nice to get a financial break for not using that part of the package.
• Maybe providing apps.

It is very easy to use and the features are great for the ones we utilize. If you have any issues at all, customer service or our sales rep is great to work with and fixes what issues I have. They are always willing to help out and to follow up to make sure you don't have any more issues.

When my money was stolen from my account I was told there would be an investigation between 15-45 days. They didn't investigate at all. The next day I was denied my claim after being robbed for $850.

Although getting through to the right person may take a while, they have the ability to take over your screen and always assist with whatever you need.

First of all, Chime Online Banking is really the best option for new users. The User Interface and User Experience of the Chime app are really great. There are comparatively faster money transactions with Chime Online Banking and it has no fees at all. It is more reliable. It also allows you to lock your card if it is stolen or lost which is a great feature. At last, it is more rewarding than other online banking services with a great team of customer grievances.
