The pricing is based on the number of people in the church. All premium features are available in all paid plans. Features only available in the paid plans: 1- Unlimited scheduled emails to communicate with members, guests, volunteers, and givers without limits or delays. Includes automatic reminders, confirmations, and thank-you messages. 2- Custom member registration forms to collect needed information from members when they register for an account with the church. 3- Paid Events with guest registration options. Event fees for attendance can be charged, with discounts offered for early birds and groups, and with promo codes. Guests can register for events and collect their contact details. 4- Volunteer Scheduling. Volunteers can be schedled and assigned roles, with reminders and feedback to keep them motivated and engaged. Volunteers can also manage their participation and see who they’re teaming up with during the event. 5- Online Giving and Pledges Management. One-time and recurring online donations and pledges, tracked in real time. Can be used to send statements and thank-you notes for givers that generate reports for tax purposes. 6- Guest & Member Views. Drag & drop cards, customized by what guests and members can see: upcoming events, forms, donation options, blog posts, other content relevant to the church and its members. 7- Automated Tasks. Automatically sends emails, SMS messages, or push notifications on members' birthdays or anniversaries and follow-ups to engage with new givers. 8- Free data migration from an existing system, within about five working days, guidance is available to help move in from wherever data is currently stored.

Pushpay has also been great in helping us receive donations and contributions to the church. Additionally, I have also used Pushpay (specifically, the CRM database) to help in our process of Church Membership (receiving applications, registering attendance at our membership classes, etc). Support Rating	Jiosdev No answers on this topic	Pushpay The access to support is excellent; however, the turnover with assigned account managers has been high over the years, which makes it challenging to build a lasting rapport. There have been some technical and functionality issues communicated over the years which have been received by the account manager. At the time, with responses such as "yes, we know it's an issue, and we're working on that, but we don't have a timeframe." These problems are never resolved, nor are progress reports or follow up ever addressed, then the account manager changes and the cycle starts again. Alternatives Considered	Jiosdev No answers on this topic	Pushpay We had previously used a program called eGiving to receive online payments and contributions, and we have previously used PowerChurch as our CRM, and Pushpay (including its Church Community Builder program) far excels both of these other programs. However, the inordinate fees and costs of their platform ate away at much too large of our donations.
