Currently, users can't add something to a blacklist or whitelist directly from Outlook. Management of the platform is done from two portals the ESA and SMA. It would be nice to have it all in one management portal. A quick start management guide would be nice. The manual is over 1,000 pages, so there is definitely a lot of functionality in this service. Read full review Support Rating Cisco TAC support is very good since they have engineers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Important to mention that you must have the support of the solution enabled to be able to receive a response from TAC and that we can be taken care of. The only drawback may be that they will not be able to see settings of the email provider you use.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Cisco was at least better than or equal to the others but within our budget. It provided all of the services of anti-spam, content filtering, anti-virus, DLP, encrypted email service, scalability, and more than the others. Cisco name and reputation were also key in our decision.
Read full review We have used a few mail security options, including SpamStopsHere. Mail Assure is easier to manage and adapts as it learns the email traffic and patterns that come into the company. We use most of the SolarWinds suite, including MSPManager, N-central, Passportal, and Endpoint Security. We have been happy with their products and they are always quick to respond to their support tickets.
