Cisco Webex Share (discontinued) vs. MiContact Center

Cisco Webex Share is more preferred to use in a meeting with more than 15 people where there are many presentations or content to be shared with others. Once connected with the main screen it becomes easy to share with others. There are scenarios like classroom teaching where Cisco Webex Share will be time-consuming to set up and hence normal HDMI setup will work.

We used to have Cloudagent from Ozonetel and due to multiple downtimes and frequent disconnects, It is a good tool for a well-settled call center but is not suitable for startups due to high procurement costs. But the sophistication makes up for the lack of support from the team. The tool is absolute bliss.

Cisco Webex Share has made it easy to share the presentations in the meetings and hence the meeting time has drastically reduced. Moreover we have also tried to do collaborative work with Cisco Webex Share and it has been really helpful. Hence overall if something happens to the product I will be more than happy to renew the product.

- Great Tool for contact center who would like to have all the processes under single roof - Premium features and best analytics to understand the process metrics - We have been able to onboard new joiner's easily without much support form the MITEl team and they have been working ever since.

• The discussion among the presentations has become very easy as remotely the members can share their screen. Hence the meeting time has reduced.
• We have been doing business meetings with many companies and hence Cisco Webex Share has made it easy and it has increased the profit of the company.
• Overall the return on investment has also increased.
