Cisco Webex Social (Discontinued) vs. ProWorkflow

For the most part, this is a great software solution for the average user. For consulting it's ok, but [there aren't] that many reach features.

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

• Recording feature cannot record phone sound just computer sound.
• Recording feature does not generate a file with "known" extension, it needs specific player.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

It is simpler to use compared to other tools. Microsoft has a great product but there are a lot of bugs. And compared to GoToMeeting it has more features.

• It is good, helps tremendously and saves a lot of time in case you have to go see what user is doing or understand what they are trying to achieve.
• Great user experience.
• Users like it.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
