Claritas PRIZM Premier vs. OpenText Web CMS

• Nielsens account managers are amazing. I could brag about my account rep forever.
• Get onsight training, it helps the process start at lightspeed.
• Importing external information into consumerpoint is tricky, but super fast once it is learned. I'm pretty tech saavy and I did it wrong initially. Formatting is finicky. That's part of why the onsight training is so great.

OpenText TeamSite is well-suited to large, enterprise-wide implementations where customization, content governance, and dynamic content distribution is needed or prioritized. It is probably not ideal for smaller sites with simple architecture and few resources to manage custom implementation.

• I would like better projections for micromarkets, such as non US Census metro areas.
• Organic segmentation can be very time consuming, but it always is.

• I have recommendation for improvements.

It can be expensive, but the strategic insights you get from it are unreal. It is one of those products that we now wonder what we did without it. Segmentation is a must in whatever business and PRISM makes it significantly easier. We reviewed several synthetic and organic segmentation methods, including ESRI and k means clustering analysis, and PRIZM is by far the best.

Overall, it's a solid package with the potential to offer much functionality with appropriate resources applied. There are a few issues with the authoring interface that OpenText should address before its a top shelf authoring experience.

Our technical resources engage with OpenText TeamSite so I don't have direct experience. However, critical issues that we need help with seem to get the attention they deserve without issue. However, training and user resources for business owner roles are a bit lacking and some annoying issues with the authoring interface should be addressed sooner.

It offers more content editing features at a relatively low cost thus overall deployment is lower in cost. It has great customer support who are always there to support and answer to our needs thus making the process of deployment seamless at every stage and offering training for working with their product.

The annual contract should be clearer in terms of the breakdown of user license types (system admin, admin, regular user, etc).

• Definitely a return on investment. We have been able to make much better use of our media buys. We have seen conversion rates skyrocket because of the targeting we were able to do.
• Our media buys were much more cost efffective. An example is the TV listing pages of the newspaper was cheaper than the front page for certain segments.
• It has helped support expansion into a new market for our health insurance products.
• We are able to design products based on the populations needs and behaviors rather than what someone heard.
• We were also able to map risky health behaviors across our service area and target the unhealthy by zip code.

• We integrated with google analytics, now we have the proper comprehension of our audience data reception and behaviors - we've greatly improved on personalized marketing.
• Quick publication of content across the main digital channels.
• We run our digital campaigns swiftly.
• We've maintained our brand consistency for three years.
