Clear C2 C2CRM vs. Deltek WorkBook

It
allows the best sales with our customers. It is the best CRM software in the
market. If customers need help then it allows their users to contact them
directly and they give good feedback in a short time.

My recommendation very much depends on who the colleague is. I would recommend WorkBook if it is an accountant, project manager or someone similar, and if the setup is done within WorkBook and passwords, etc. are being used within WorkBook only. I would tell IT Managers to avoid the application and think twice in terms of access management etc.
