C2CRM works well for dealing with customers and it solves our problem of staying in touch with customers for discussing orders and deliveries. Me and my customer work as a team with this tool and collaborate while launching new products. It is powerful enough to automate business leads and its integration with others makes our marketing and advertisement easier for us. Its customer support service is very energetic for solving facing issues. The other best reason for using it is that prices are very economical for our company.

  • It's a very simple and easy application. Once installed [it] can give the maximum benefits. Nothing can stop this tool from making wise decisions and providing ways to implement and observe the process further.
  • Its mobile version helps us to watch the business detail for 24-hours and is a good way to communicate with clients on demand.
  • Its managing abilities are not underestimated because of its to-the-point business overview.
  • It lacks customizability for some special categories, so more frequent updates would be more useful for workflow.
  • It possesses all the features we needed most, but there should be remote access and asset management too.
  • High-quality networking is required to complete the procedure otherwise its various features can be lost.
C2CRM has totally modified the way we used to manage our sales and marketing. We can now manage the budget and proposals using it. Also, its interface is simple and navigation through this software is very smooth. Its reporting tool is so precise and possesses all the details. What is not appealing about this software is its price which is sky-high and unaffordable for us. But if someone is looking for a tool to manage their sales, C2CRM is the perfect one for managing customer relations and satisfaction.
C2CRM delivers us the best features for improving business tasks and it is very handy for launching new products in front of others. I can easily gather all the detail of customers in one place and we can discuss and increase product marketing. Its social media integration is great to advertise product features, so that's why I really like it.

Clear C2 C2CRM is used in multiple departments. Tech Support uses it for system designs and support/troubleshooting; Customer Service uses it for special pricing offers; Marketing for special projects, e-casts/digital campaigns, and trade shows; Sales for managing strategic goals/activities and projects; AP for confirming back end offers with National Accounts; Executives for reporting and managing necessary goals and objectives to build opportunities.

  • Unsure, as I have not seen issues that weren't resolved quickly and professionally.
Even the simple customization of color schemes in the layout of the Clear C2 C2CRM User Interface is beneficial to help employees that may have 'color blindness' issues.
