ClickPost vs. Detrack

When it comes to various shipments to be dispatched to multiple locations, it is always very difficult to rely on people that expertise is minimum in the process, every company works for profits so it's better to use a platform that decides best as per your needs and provides very options.

As a trainer for the use of the software, it was surprisingly easy to explain to the final users how the software works, and being able to do that shorted the time for the theory training and left more room for the practical training, as for the actual use of the software it's very well suited to do what is meant to do, tracking is easy, implementation is fast, honestly teaching it was a breeze.

• It's really easy to add/delete courier partners. Consumer communication is seamless as well.
• The reliability because it is super fast & super simple at the same time. Decreases the time to market.
• The courier allocation rules/recommendation rules - are smarter and more flexible than any other I have used in the market so far.

• Synchronisation may fail at times.
• Graphic designed could be more attractive as it feels dull at the time.

ClickPost in my observation is far better than Easyship. With the latter we faced a lot of issues such as improper courier tracking, no customer support, no explanations and the likes whereas with ClickPost these problems are completely gone with live courier tracking, allocation and management. So in summation ClickPost is a good solution for courier management.

Detrack makes a difference in the time used for training new agents, while veteran agents who are already used to the software of this sort got entangled with the program very easily; the synchronization issues that were the main use in most of the complaints we received were fairly fixed but the impact was not as bad as it could sound but is a pebble in the road nevertheless. Compared to previous programs that we use in different campaigns, which can be very raw than Detrack we had an amazing time using it and teaching it.

• Shipping is the biggest crunch now a days and cheap available options with swift services is a dream for any business and ClickPost is making it possible
