We use it to communicate delivery times with our receivers and confirmation of delivery with our shippers. This greatly reduces our need for extra staff and streamlines our communications increasing our customer satisfaction and service levels.

I can't think of the others that I checked but price/feature wise Detrack came out on top for functionality, ease of use and cost savings and increased sales
