ClickPost vs. Happy Returns

When it comes to various shipments to be dispatched to multiple locations, it is always very difficult to rely on people that expertise is minimum in the process, every company works for profits so it's better to use a platform that decides best as per your needs and provides very options.

Happy Returns are best suited for retail stores and ecom where customers need to return or exchange goods. Happy Returns have a number of options and levels of return services they can offer. Having return bar partners like FedEx opens up many local return drop-off locations making it much more convenient for the customer as well as having the option to mail the good back by easily printing a pre-paid return label.

• It's really easy to add/delete courier partners. Consumer communication is seamless as well.
• The reliability because it is super fast & super simple at the same time. Decreases the time to market.
• The courier allocation rules/recommendation rules - are smarter and more flexible than any other I have used in the market so far.

ClickPost in my observation is far better than Easyship. With the latter we faced a lot of issues such as improper courier tracking, no customer support, no explanations and the likes whereas with ClickPost these problems are completely gone with live courier tracking, allocation and management. So in summation ClickPost is a good solution for courier management.

We migrated from Narvar to Happy Returns for a number of reasons. Happy Returns had a better Shopify integration and the process for customers to return via the website was much easier for customers. The Happy Returns admin UI is simple, modern, and easy to navigate. Happy Returns offers features like return bars, exchanges, and site credit that allowed us to give our customers options in how they return in an easy way without any development cost. Our experience with Narvar was the opposite.

• Shipping is the biggest crunch now a days and cheap available options with swift services is a dream for any business and ClickPost is making it possible
