SkyKick is a cloud migration solution, from ConnectWise since the late 2024 acquistion. It features cloud backup and cloud management features for control of customer access to cloud resources.
Cloudiway excels in comples cross-tenant microsoft 365 migrations, especially with coexistence needs during data merges. It's also ideal for Slack to teams and archive migrations. However it is less suited for small scale or one off migrations due to cost and the time it takes to configure.
SkyKick does a great job on migrations to Office 365. Their technicians are very helpful in planning the whole process, and the tool itself is quite reliable and resilient. Their cloud backup works OK but it does not provide the most friendly or fastest recovery. It also sits on the expensive side as they charge separately for Exchange and Onedrive/Sharepoint backups.

Perfect rating, cloudiway migration offers a clean interface, intutitive setup, and powerful automation tools. There is a slight learning curve but you get what you pay for. They really handle the problem of data migration well, and they have decent support/FAQ pages to guide you if you're stuck. Overall 10/10

I see Cloudiway is a great solution for those who want to migrate and transfer there data, especially sensitive and very important valuable data to data storage. It's just a flexible, cost-effective tool for any budget, depending on the company's understanding of how to work with. That's our case. Another option was own scripting or maintaining the end users in the backend. This costs to much time to maintain (scripting) and has a big change of a Security breach. It was not an option for us either way.

For migration purposes, we have chosen SkyKick over and over again. Their tool just works and does a great job with multiple different sources. Their support team is awesome albeit could be somewhat faster sometimes. Regarding cloud backup, it seems like that space is quite commoditized as every vendor offers the same. SkyKick does have some good promotions on migration costs when signing up for cloud backups as well which makes them more competitive than other vendors.
