Cloze vs. CRM Assistant for Gmail™

It's ok for personal use but for business use, it is begging to become a terrible system. We used it for 5 years and after that, we have decided to move to a different system, upon export of the information we started looking at and our database of contacts was so messed up with contacts merged together that don't belong together. So as our database was so corrupted we had to start over with new contact lists and rebuild everything again. I would not recommend this software unless you have your own IT department that can fix things themselves.

Since this is a simple add-on, and we don't work at home, its mobility is very useful for employees like us who need to travel for work. We can check on our phones or tables if there's an important update. It works well with GMail mobile app and easily accessible anytime, anywhere.

The work it does is exactly what we needed for the kind of business we're running. We're handling hotel blocks and commissionable sales, and it helps us remain organized with our records and recent activities. It also helps us keep track of our productivity everyday and keeps important files safe without the risk of being leaked.

The ONLY issue that I have is there is ZERO phone customer service or training. Everything is done online or via email, which sucks in my opinion, but they always do get back to you.

• Negative - We have a contact database of 100000 contacts that we have to go in and rebuild on our new TMS system because, in our experience, Cloze destroyed 5 years worth of data with their smart features and AI.

• We started from GMV of 200k to 1M from January to April.
• From 1M GMV in April, to consistently achieving 2M and up in October.
• Other apps would be to pricey. I'd say it's worth the value for the work it does for our numbers!
