Cloze, Inc.
It's ok for personal use but for business use, it is begging to become a terrible system. We used it for 5 years and after that, we have decided to move to a different system, upon export of the information we started looking at and our database of contacts was so messed up with contacts merged together that don't belong together. So as our database was so corrupted we had to start over with new contact lists and rebuild everything again. I would not recommend this software unless you have your own IT department that can fix things themselves.

The ONLY issue that I have is there is ZERO phone customer service or training. Everything is done online or via email, which sucks in my opinion, but they always do get back to you.

PCP was one of the least costly options. It's a smaller company, which means better more attentive support. Some of the other solutions we would have been paying for things we wouldn't need or use. We found Amazon Connect was at the other end of the scale, being too simple and not customisable enough. PCP had the right feature set for us.

  • Negative - We have a contact database of 100000 contacts that we have to go in and rebuild on our new TMS system because, in our experience, Cloze destroyed 5 years worth of data with their smart features and AI.
