Less appropriate for senior or architect-level openings. Great for technology-specific assessments, less appropriate for a full-stack technical assessment which will take 2 hours of the candidate's time. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. It is user-friendly and you will know how exactly how it is done. It is satisfactory accuracy with regard to candidates' accuracy of answers.
