Collective Health vs. Quickbooks Workforce

It has been a great and easy experience, and I'd highly recommend it to colleagues. It is easy to navigate, all my information is in one place, and if I need additional help within the tool -- some resources quickly help answer any additional questions I may have.

Much of the front-end employee onboarding is handled via a simple link. Further, when the employees have questions about their time, schedule, pay stubs, etc., they know they can log in to Workforce and 9 times out of 10 get the answer to their question. It has saved me a lot of time in that aspect.

• Logout time, I know there is sensitive information, but sometimes I wish I wasn't auto logged out of my account after some time.

• Time off requests can get a little confusing, especially for hourly employees who may not be scheduled for 8 hours, but the default time off is set to 8 hours. I wish it matched their schedules because I have to correct time balances a lot.

The UI of Collective Health is sleek and intuitive, and the company provides extremely quick and remarkably reliable via their support channels (Message, Chat and Phone Call). Moreover, the descriptions they provide for each medical service is succinct and still very informative.

Quickbooks Online Payroll is so much simpler, better suited for business with regular salary or hourly employees that do not have different work schedules

• Collective Health has helped employees more accurately forecast their medical expenses and budget accordingly
