When you are in a big company and different departments need to collaborate on a big project, Comidor can help as it offers collaboration and at the same time BPM! Start a project, create your workflow, set your milestones and input tasks and work packages. Everything is linked and attached with this project! Comment when it is needed and communicate with your co-workers. Also, you can set automated tasks to save time!

It's well suited for complex applications in health, banking industries, legal departments that deal with repeatable complex business problems and it allows/provide those authority to case workers to resolve these issues. And I feel IBM Case Manager might not be suitable for organization who deal with less complex problems that can be easily resolved by other business process products.

And we feel this is one of the leading product that provides shared service platform.
