Comm100 vs. DemandWorks

I like their support service as well... very responsive and helpful.

My account rep will always find the best "personas" for our campaign. If I were to give him Engineers & developers as a target, he'd come back with more granular targeting that can be added to the campaign so that we're actually reaching the people that we want on our lists. This makes our client's jobs so much easier because the leads are of quality and they see high conversion rates when they run their own initiatives.

• We have a live chat icon on the website, so users can easily contact us for instant support.
• Previously, we had to use email as the main contact channel. By using live chat, we found the conversation rate improved a lot, as customers are happier to get instant support.

• Deliver Quality Leads.
• Reps have great communication and are always willing to help.
• Always giving recommendations on how to better this campaign if it is one that has a larger audience size.

• Salesforce integration is good, but is a touch buggy, and is tough to diagnose.
• If you know anything about computers, the training Comm100 provides is remedial.

• I think their demand pro feature is cool but it doesn't quite function as well as their ABM feature. Seems like it's just impression dumping
• Their self-service site is not that user-friendly. There could be room for improvement

Super easy to use if you know anything about computers. Comm100 has done a good job of putting together functionality and easy of use for all levels.

Customer support seems pretty good — though we haven't had many issues, our experience with getting them to troubleshoot our Salesforce integration was really the only frustrating part. We had to repeat ourselves a bunch, and the issue never really went away. We just ignored it and moved beyond

After a lot of research, Comm100 was our first choice. No other platform seemed as robust or provided us with as much room for growth as Comm100 did/does.

I haven't used any products like DemandWorks, but I have used Facebook and LinkedIn as a vehicle to drive lead generation and they're not as good as DemandWorks. We'd typically see CPLs in the $100s for these platforms, but DemandWorks never quotes us a CPL higher than $70, and the leads are always guaranteed.

• We're relatively new to the Comm100 family, but we feel the positive impact has been in the direct communication — our customers knowing that there's someone on the other end that's helping them out and getting them to the right content.

• Quality leads that our clients love
• DemandPro isn't the best ROI if you're looking at on-site engagement
• ability to run tons of campaigns with them at one time
