ComplySci vs. Linnworks

Any regulated firm where monitoring of outside accounts is required.

Would have recommended it 5 years ago, but now absolutely not a chance. Pricing is obscene and the service is appalling. Save yourself time and money by looking elsewhere. Linnworks has one advantage over other providers and that is their integrations with smaller eCommerce channels, this is not worth the money... You could employ someone for 5 minutes per day to pull smaller marketplaces onto a different service via CSV.

• Monitor all trading activity and report transactions not approved
• Provide detail reports on individual trading activity and approvals received

• Ease of use for both me and my colleagues
• Manages all inventory on multiple channels and marketplaces
• Simple method of printing invoices and shipping labels saves so much time and requires no manual input

• Monitoring other platforms if accounts are opened at other firms for the same individuals registered with the current firm.

As I have used Linnworks from day one, I constantly get contacted by Linnworks competitors asking me to try their system, however I cannot see any reason to move from a software package that we are all comfortable with, to a different system. It would seem pointless to move to a system that does not have the full functionality of Linnworks.
