Corrigo, from JLL Technologies (acquired 2015) is a facilities and field service management (CMMS) software solution.
As opposed to other systems, Condeco Meeting Room Booking us good when making changes to an existing meeting.
Its ability to end a meeting earlier and just use the room panel to clear the appointment is a welcome addition, and the panels were a breeze to set up, which is also a bonus.
Corrigo is great for managing work orders and PM Schedules. Additionally, if you need to track KPIs, Corrigo's reporting is spot on—with automated reports and notifications, it is one of the strengths of this program. I don't recommend Corrigo for Asset Management, however, which is tricky since the PM Scheduling is such a strength.
One can book the meeting room on the fly and it will be shown on the Condeco panel. further it will be started or else it will be dropped from the meeting room as well as from Outlook. This ensures proper resource utilization.
Meetings can be created from the panel as well, so there's no need to go to the workplace and book a meeting, which saves time.
Condeco Enterprise manages both events as well as visitors, which have audit features as well which ensures data integrity as it handles payments and costs.
KPI Reporting: there are some great canned reports that you can utilize but you can also build your own reports using their very simple report writer.
Report Notifications: you can set up automatic notifications for reports. Additionally, you can set up schedules for your reports and attach notifications to those report schedules as well.
PM Scheduling: you can automate your PM schedules thru Corrigo and set up multiple schedules.
Condeco's system defaults to booking for the next day. I defaulted to same-day booking so that if I am in a hurry, I don't accidentally book it for the next day (it has happened before).
Product strong and user interface on screes look premium product and since I installed I'm not have any case issue more on this product, my colleague and Top management are happy on this product because it make easy to staff booking room and reduce complication booking room when they go to meeting room.
There are many meeting room booking products available in the market, such as Skedda, Calanderwiz, etc., and all are providing similar facilities as Condeco. However, the Condeco panels are a unique feature, which is installed outside of the meeting room. The Led screen shows the meeting timeline, with features of meeting booking and editing as well. Overall, it is one of the best product available in the market.
We chose Corrigo for the PM Scheduling and Reporting capabilities plus its ability to integrate into other systems and provide a customer portal. This product is superior to others for those reasons. Plus the cost is on point for our size organization. Overall Corrigo was the better choice.
The implementation of Condeco helped to manage office space and limit the number of employees during Covid, so the ROI is worth it.
Easy to use and user-friendly interface helped employees to be independent of the HR support team in a way where all the parameters and configuration are done within the Condeco software.
