ConexED deliver well robust features and functionalities. It can only go better from here. Per my experience - no major bug(s) known.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. Thanks Zeneti our collaborators are happier.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
• Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
• A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.

ConexED is an excellent solution that can only grow better by adding more tools and functionalities.

One can use it out of the box. The GUI interface is very intuitive - almost no training necessary on how to startup

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

ConexEd Support is 100% available. We never have any time when we need help that we have to wait - they are always ready to help!
