ConnectWise Asio vs. CleverConnect

It is well suited if you are just getting started in the MSP world. It is easy to setup and easy for technicians to understand. Technicians can be trained to use the systems in a matter of just a day. Dashboards help us track our goals and KPIs. ServiceNow works better from a security incident perspective. The mobile client allows you to stay fully connected no matter where you are so when a security incident happens you are in the loop.

Choose applicants based on their conduct to decrease the possibility of employing someone who does not share their beliefs and does not take much time. To free up time and view applicant videos, you can set up
invitation scenarios.
Both the candidates' hard and soft talents may be automatically but uniquely assessed.

• It offers the potential to add comments to profiles to make coding easier.

• Lacks integration with several of the popular tools in our stack.
• Doesn't have as many AI tools as you would expect.
• ServiceNow has many more modules for customizing.

• CleverConnect's configuration and execution processes take a little while. For beginners, it's simply a matter of time and adjustment.

Being able to have the cross platform workflows and functionality is key, no more having 8 softwares connected to ConnectWise, but one that does it all will make it way more usable as there's one program, one interface etc. Learning multiple softwares can be hard for some people as people will have a hard time knowing what does what

Hubspot is much more user friendly but there are certain things that hubspot doesnt do such as submitting tickets and looking at history with contact/company.
