ConstructConnect Insight vs. EstimateOne

I believe ConstructConnect's customer service is non-existence. In my experience, the cloud based software system never seems to be functioning at 100% and is usually a problem, like today. I feel they do a poor job updating projects and providing accurate construction schedule information; Most of it is dates given a inaccurate.

EstimateOne is well suited for subcontractors or builders alike to streamline the process of tendering on projects. It is a fantastic platform for anyone really, whether you are starting your business and need to build a client base or have an already established business and want to find more projects to tender on. It can be difficult at times to know where you stand after submitting a price, a strong follow up process or CRM is something you should consider before using the platform to keep track of key contacts and jobs you have priced.

• I find it amazing how fast results come up when searching on a keyword
• details, details, details.. again, marvelous.
• filters work really well giving highly efficient results pointed at just what you want.
• exporting to pdf with customizable flexibility, very useful giving all the details on a project or firm via attachments to emails.

• Document access to projects on tender.
• Easy access to tenders and all commercial projects and their status.
• Good communication details with estimators.

• A comprehensive log of jobs in my area would be nice. We're located in Gainesville FL. There has been 10 jobs this month we're on because of our sub contracts. Not one of them made it on ConstructConnect. How many other jobs am I not seeing?

EstimateOne is easy to use, the user interface is designed to be simple yet functional - many other platforms I have used are much more cumbersome to navigate and don't offer as much functionality. Everything has been thought out well with EstimateOne - it seems to have been designed by people who have worked in the industry.

They frequently check-in to make sure you are being properly helped and are quick with a response if you need something.

Abby Tuong is an incredible employee who is EstimateOne. Her proactiveness, willingness to listen and help, and customer focus is second to none. With that level of support, it is no wonder EstimateOne has such rave reviews and is clearly the choice in the market.

We chose ConstructConnect as our main way for finding new and existing construction projects, as it overall had more up-to-date information available. It was also the most user friendly software of its type on the market. Furthermore, they have also been working with us closely to help us tighten our tracking of projects, products, and companies, which saves us a lot of time and money.

I think EstimateOne may have a broader database (not sure); but certainly I feel it is very thorough in the searchability for suitable projects

• Positive: Helps fuel the project pipeline
• Positive: Helps identify key stakeholders
• Negative: Inaccurate schedule information embarrasses me during project qualification process
