its very useful for tracking specific accounts and keywords associated with your business. what people think about a particular subject. also it is very helpful to track which communication channels brings more customers to your business

Prior to Contify, we didn't have the insight that we do. With a lack of time, we were unable to collect the competitor data and updates as doing it in-house is a nightmare. If you were to manually track all information, updates, social media, etc., so much of your time would be wasted that could be spent doing other things.
