It is perfect for artists and content creators. It is perfect for service based providers who want to house their potential leads. Entry level entrepreneurs can also benefit. It is not an all in one type of platform, but it is useful for list building and setting up automation. If you have less than 1K subscribers, this is the route to go until you need to use automation. Then, just feel free to upgrade.

Fir the price it's decent but budget depending you could probably invest in other tools that are more focused on certain areas/elements that the application tries to done as a one stop shop. Customer service/account managers are also very welcoming and helpful when it comes to resolving any issues and questions.

  • Uptime - the server has gone done before when an email had just been sent out which meant that recipients could not click on links
  • Automation add-on was extremely expensive considering the additional capabilities it was adding
  • Login process - every time I logged in had to use an authorization email. Good security, but unnecessary for EVERY SINGLE login
  • No auto-save or save button in the email builder - would have to click off the screen to save, which meant that if the window crashed, there was no way to rescue work. All it needs is a save button!

The other products I have used are not available on TrustRadius. I used ConvertKit before I used these other products because I need an all in one platform.
